Product Description

This is a new design of spatula spoon carved from various wood species.

Size: 12 inches long and 2 1/2 inches wide. The bowl shape is rounded with a flattened end, which is great for stirring, making a roux, or scraping out a mixing bowl. This design is not as robust as our hybrid roux spoon. If you want to do some heavy mixing, I would recommend that one, but for light mixing, it will be fine. Wood species: Available right now in Cherry, Walnut, Maple, and Bird’s Eye Maple. Check the drop-down options menu for available species. Finish: Beeswax and Mineral Oil. Comes with detailed care and maintenance instructions.

This is a brand new design. I like it a lot, and so does Gwynne. I think you will too.
